We have two classes for ages 8-14 years.
Sunday 2.00-3.00pm Eclectic Street Dance Team
Sunday 3.00-4.00pm Junior Lyrical Team.

Sundays 2.00-3.00pm @ Dance Studio, Performing Arts Block, Shrewsbury College, London Rd.
In this class, students will learn hip hop and street dance styles including house, waacking, locking, dancehall and litefeet. This class is suitable for beginners as well as those with some dance experience already.

Students will take part in a weekly class in which they will build on their dance skills, confidence, creativity and social skills. Students will be given opportunities to perform in team competitions, events and showcases. Our dance school hosts two of our own shows per year, a winter and summer show, as well as the other events that your child will be invited to take part in. Students in our street dance groups often make long lasting friendships and develop a love of dance that stays with them into their adult years.
Junior Lyrical Team
Sundays 3.00-4.00pm @ Dance Studio, Performing Arts Block, Shrewsbury College, London Rd.
This class is suitable for those who love dance that is slow-medium tempo and expressive. Lyrical dance takes the technique of classical ballet and blends it with the expressive and dynamic quality of jazz dance. Students in this class will learn both contemporary and lyrical styles.

Children will develop their technique, performance skills, strength and flexibility whilst developing their love of dance and making new friendships along the way.
BRAND NEW Street Dance Team (Ages 11-16 years)
Sundays 11.30am-12.30pm @ Dance Studio, Performing Arts Block, Shrewsbury College, London Rd.
This class is brand new from February 2026. The class will be starting on Friday 1st February, although, we will be taking on new students for a few weeks after this.

This class is suitable for beginners who would love to take part in a weekly street dance class and would love to perform.
​
This class will be given optional opportunities to perform and compete as well as take part in our two showcases per year (Winter and Summer showcase).
